All crews must boat a minimum of 20 minutes before their scheduled race time and be paired up with their opposition on the correct station at 5 minutes to go.
All crews should clearly display they're designated number (MA, W2, etc.) on the bow man and cox. Templates are here. Please print these out and safety pin on.We reccomend bringing spares and using a plastic wallet to stop them getting damp and falling off.
It is Captains' responsibility to ensure that all rowers, coxes and coaches are familiar with the event plan and notes for competitors.
